Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, ending his season. Thomas suffered a knee injury in Week 15 and finished with just six yards on one carry.
Daniel Thomas placed on IR, Reggie Bush sees fantasy value rise
Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas (knee) was placed on injured reserve on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

The move should again mean more carries for Reggie Bush, who gained 104 yards on 21 carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was the first time since Week 2 that Bush had more than 20 carries in a game and just his second 100-yard game of the season. The Dolphins face the Buffalo Bills in Week 16.
Fantasy Impact: The move is not a surprise this late in the season and it should lead to another big fantasy day from Bush. This hasn’t been a great season for Bush but fantasy owners will likely overlook it if he helps bring home a league title this weekend against the Bills.
Bush should be considered a high-end No. 2 fantasy running back for Week 16.
