Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III participated in practice on Wednesday, the team's first since its win in Week 15 over the Cleveland Browns. Griffin did not play last weekend because of a sprained right knee and will need to be cleared by doctors to play on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Robert Griffin III participates in practice, fantasy value unclear for Week 16
Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III (knee) participated in practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Griffin was limited in practice every day leading up to the game against the Browns but fellow rookie Kirk Cousins started in place of Griffin. Cousins threw for 329 yards and two touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners will likely again have to wait for a decision on Griffin. As we learned last week, the fact that he’s taking part in team drills on Wednesday doesn’t guarantee he’ll play in Week 16.
Griffin is a No. 1 fantasy quarterback if he’s active in Week 16, while Cousins would be a No. 2 fantasy option or low-end starter in deeper leagues if Griffin doesn’t play.
