The Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't going to the playoffs but the team doesn't plan to take it easy on rookie running back Doug Martin. Coach Greg Schiano said on Wednesday that he has no plans to lighten Martin's workload because he's trying to establish a culture of winning.
Doug Martin to keep getting full workload: Fantasy implications
Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano plans to keep giving rookie running back Doug Martin a full workload. We break down the fantasy implications.

Martin had just nine carries for 16 yards in Week 15 but has had at least 18 carries in 10 games this season. Martin has rushed for 1,250 yards and 10 touchdowns heading into this weekend's game with the St. Louis Rams.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners will be pulling for much better results in Week 16 from Martin after his dud against the New Orleans Saints last weekend. Martin has been one of the best fantasy running backs this season but his owners need him to finish strong in Week 16.
Martin should again be considered a No. 1 fantasy running back this weekend.
