Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart was held out of practice again on Wednesday because of an ankle injury. Stewart has not played since Week 12, leaving DeAngelo Williams as the team's starting running back.
Jonathan Stewart still not practicing, DeAngelo Williams could again help fantasy owners
Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart (ankle) did not practice again on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams had 93 yards on 22 carries in Week 15 and has scored receiving touchdowns in consecutive weeks. The Panthers face the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners have been excited about Williams before but he’s been a very steady performer for Carolina since Stewart went out of the lineup. He’s put up decent rushing totals and his two receiving touchdowns have been a bonus for owners willing to start him in the fantasy playoffs.
Williams has a good matchup in Week 16 and should be considered a low-end No. 2/3 fantasy running back this weekend.
