Bess has 61 catches for 778 yards this year with the Dolphins. He caught 19 balls in his last four games and was playing well.
Fantasy Impact: Bess' loss opened things up for Anthony Fasano to come out of nowhere last week against the Niners. Fasano could be a very, very desperate play for owners that have been plugging and playing away. For what it's worth, Tony Scheffler looks like a better play.
Brian Hartline may also see some more targets against the BIls. The Bills have a porous pass D and with Ryan Tannehill playing better, Hartline isn't a terrible flex option in PPR leagues.
