Cam Newton hit Steve Smith and is on his way to a productive day against the Raiders.

On his TD pass, Newton escaped out of a collapsed pocket was rolling to his right as he hit Steve Smith on for a 23-yard TD. Smith ran a wheel route and Cam hit him in stride in the right corner of the end zone even with decent coverage. He boasts a passer rating
Cam also had a big run on third down to pick up 29 yards. The Panthers have only attempted four rushes combined with DeAngelo Williams and Mike Tolbert. Cam will continue to be the focal point.
The Raiders are getting healthy in their secondary, but even safety stud Tyvon Branch returning from injury isn't going to stop him. Cam looks bound to be a main weapon for fantasy owners on their way to a title in Week 16.
