Green Bay Packers wide receiver and kick returner Randall Cobb (ankle) was held out of practice on Wednesday, putting his Week 17 availability into question. X-rays on Cobb's ankle were negative, but a missed practice signals that the Packers will proceed with caution on their 2012 breakout star.
Randall Cobb injury: Missed practice puts fantasy value in doubt
What incentive does Green Bay have to play Cobb with the division locked up? We break down the fantasy implications.

Cobb has caught 80 passes for 954 yards and eight touchdowns in his second season while also returning kicks and punts, a role that he will continue to hold going forward despite his progress in the offense. The Packers have already sewn up the NFC North, but they are still holding out hope for winning a bye week if they win.
Green Bay takes on the Vikings in the early games and so they will not know their hopes for that bye week until later in the day, should they lose.
Fantasy Take: The Packers can’t rest starters this week but that does not mean they will rush back their top playmaker this season. Check on Cobb’s status throughout the week.
