San Diego Chargers running back Ronnie Brown (hamstring) was held out of practice on Wednesday. Brown, the Chargers primary back on third downs and passing situations, has had a number of limited or missed practices this season but only missed two games. Ryan Mathews is currently on injured reserve with a broken clavicle.
Ronnie Brown misses practice: Fantasy implications
The Chargers primary back was held out Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brown has only 200 rushing yards and zero touchdowns, but has caught 48 passes for 368 yards. He missed Week 15 but returned to action in Week 16, catching five passes for 31 yards.
Fantasy Take: Well, it's not like there is a soul in the world playing Ronnie Brown in Week 17 unless there are some really weird leagues out there. It will mean more action for Jackie Battle if Brown is inactive, but he will probably play.
