Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte (ankle) returned to practice on Thursday, getting in a limited session. Forte has not missed a game since Week 3 and the Bears are fighting for a playoff spot against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
Matt Forte injury: Limited practice raises fantasy value for Week 17
The Bears starting running back works towards starting on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Forte has 224 carries for 991 yards and four touchdowns with 319 yards receiving. He had 96 yards rushing against the Lions in Week 6.
Fantasy Take: I would expect Forte to suit up for this crucial matchup and the Bears are easing him back into action. Keep note of his progress on Friday to see if he gets in a full practice. He is a low-end RB1, high-end RB2 if healthy on Sunday.
