Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (back) got in a full practice on Thursday. This has become normal routine for Lynch and he has yet to miss any action in 2012. Lynch is second in the NFL in rushing with 1,490 yards on 297 carries and 11 touchdowns. He has run for over 100 yards in seven of the last nine games with eleven touchdowns over that span.
Marshawn Lynch injury update: Full practice, no worries for fantasy owners
Beast Mode is set to go as usual. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Seahawks take on the St. Louis Rams in the season finale.
Fantasy Take: Beast Mode is on "Full Beast" this season, enjoying a career-season with Russell Wilson and one of the top run-blocking units in the NFL. He may lose carries to Robert Turbin by the second half if it appears that Seattle is locked into the number five seed headed into the playoffs. That does not mean, however, that he is not a good bet for 100 yards.
He is a high-end RB1.
