Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte has told reporters that he will play on Sunday when his team takes on the Detroit Lions in the regular season finale, according to ESPN Chicago.

Forte is dealing with an ankle injury. He was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday, but with the Bears in a must-win situation, Forte is expected to start against the Lions.
Fantasy Impact: Matt Forte has been in and out of the lineup this season and has really faded down the stretch. Sunday’s matchup is a tough one, and Forte will be playing through injury.
Fantasy options can be scarce in Week 17, but it’s reasonable to think a better option than Forte is out there somewhere.
