Donnie Avery listed questionable for Sunday by Colts: Fantasy implications
Donnie Avery is questionable for Sunday’s game between the Colts and the Texans due to a shoulder injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Colts have wrapped up their position in the playoffs, earning the No. 5-seed in the AFC regardless of Sunday’s outcome. The team has said that the starters will play, however.
Fantasy Impact: That said, Avery may rest to give his shoulder some extra time to heal. There is no reason for the Colts to trot him out at this point, except as a show of sportsmanship. If he does start as normal, fantasy owners should be wary that the wideout may not play a full complement of snaps. Basically, Avery is a risky fantasy option this week, even as a WR3 in PPR leagues.
