Fantasy Analysis: Brian Hartline has not been a reliable fantasy option, but has been a solid match-up play from the flex position on a couple occasions.
With the Patriots on the schedule, the Dolphins could be forced into throwing often. Banged up at receiver, Miami could rely on Hartline to get the passing game going. He is no more than a low-end flex this week. Proceed with caution.
