Cardinals vs. 49ers: Fantasy football projections featuring Colin Kaepernick, Larry Fitzgerald, Frank Gore
We break down the pertinent fantasy projections for the Week 17 matchup between the Cardinals and 49ers.

Arizona Cardinals
Brian Hoyer, come on down. The former Patriot is getting the start after coming in for a benched Ryan Lindley last weeks. Expectations are rock bottom, so all fantasy owners ask is that he gets the ball to Larry Fitzgerald once in a while. The silver lining is that the Niners defense has fallen apart since losing Justin Smith, surrendering 73 points in the last six quarters.
San Francisco 49ers
The Niners still need a win to secure the NFC West and a first round bye, so don't expect them to sit their starters unless the game gets out of hand early. Colin Kaepernick and Frank Gore in particular are looking to rebound after being held in check last week. A friendly Candlestick crowd will help.
The WR depth is in dire straits after Mario Manningham went down with a knee injury. Michael Crabtree is the only guy in this unit worth a look in fantasy.
