San Francisco 49ers WR Mario Manningham (shoulder) was held out of practice again on Thursday. It was the second straight day he sat out after re-injuring his shoulder in last week's overtime loss, and he's very unlikely to suit up against the Miami Dolphins in Week 14.

Fantasy Impact: Could this finally mean some playing time for rookie A.J. Jenkins? Jenkins was active last week when Kyle Williams went on IR, but didn't play a single snap. Now with Manningham likely to sit out, there's a strong chance Jenkins could move ahead of Ted Ginn in the lineup.
Neither player has any fantasy value left this season, but it’s a situation Keeper/Dynasty players may want to watch.
