After the best game of his season, Detroit Lions running back Joique Bell will continue to see more touches according to offensive coordinator Scott Linehan. Bell had seven carries for 81 yards and three receptions for 21 yards against the Colts last week.
Joique Bell to see more touches, will it hurt Mikel Leshoure’s fantasy value?
Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan said running back Joique Bell will see more touches. We break down the fantasy implications.

Starting running back Mikel Leshoure also had one of his better games against the Colts with 84 yards rushing and a touchdown.
Fantasy Impact: Bell still likely won’t see enough touches to gain any real fantasy value. The real question is if an increase in touches for Bell will take away value from Leshoure. Leshoure has a touchdown in each of the Lions last three games.
Leshoure will still remain the Lions short-yardage back so he should still have plenty of chances to find the end zone. An increase in touches for Bell might hurt Leshoure’s yardage, but it shouldn’t make a big dent in his fantasy status.
