LaFell was held in check last week against the Chiefs, but has had a few productive outings this season. He has 34 receptions for 577 yards and four touchdowns on the season. If LaFell is unable to play, Louis Murphy would get the start at the No. 2 wide receiver spot.
Fantasy Impact: LaFell is listed as questionable, but his chances of playing don’t look promising. Prior to the Chiefs’ game, LaFell had back-to-back good games, going for over 70 yards and a touchdown twice in a row.
Turf toe can do a lot of damage, so it is probably best to sit LaFell even if he is ruled active on Sunday. When the Panthers played the Falcons earlier in the season LaFell was held without a reception.
