Denver Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno returned to game action Thursday for the first time since tearing his ACL in mid-November. He had 5 carries for 20 yards and one catch in Denver's 31-3 win over Chicago. Moreno felt confident running on a rainy field and doesn't feel that far away from a full recovery.
RB Knowshon Moreno Returns From Torn ACL: Fantasy Implications
Knowshon Moreno plays his first game since a torn ACL last season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: A full recovery will be crucial to Moreno's future in Denver. The former 1st-round pick has been a disappointment in his first three years, never breaking 1,000 yards and averaging a tepid 4.1 yards per carry. He entered training camp listed 4th on the depth chart, but has been seeing some first-team reps with Ronnie Hillman nursing a hamstring. How he performs in the preseason will ultimately determine where he falls in the RB pecking order. His fantasy value is pretty low at this point; at best, he may be a servicable handcuff for Willis McGahee in deep leagues, but don't overpay for him.
