Indianapolis Colts MLB Pat Angerer suffered a foot fracture in Sunday's preseason opener, and will miss a minimum of six weeks with surgery required. Head coach Chuck Pagano plans to use a linebacker committee to fill Angerer's spot. Possible candidates include Jerell Freeman, Moise Fokou, Greg Lloyd and Mario Harvey.
Pat Angerer To Miss At Least Six Weeks With Foot Fracture: Fantasy Implications
Colts MLB Pat Angerer broke his foot and will miss at least six weeks. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The Colts defense shouldn't be on your fantasy radar in the first place, but they can't be happy about losing on of the few bright spots on a unit that ranked 29th in the league in rushing yards allowed and 25th in total yards. Angerer's injury is a big blow to a linebacker corp that was already struggling with depth (earlier today they also lost LB Scott Lutra for the year with a torn ACL). Andrew Luck is all the rage in Indy these days, but today's news is a stark reminder that they have a long, hard climb back to relevancy.
