New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes could miss the rest of the preseason with a rib injury, and the lack of depth and talent in their receiving corps is showing. To the point where cornerback Antonio Cromartie is lining up at wideout in practice and may make his two-way debut against the Giants on Friday. Cromartie told the New York Daily News: "I’m 100% serious. This is something I want to do try to play both ways."
Antonio Cromartie Could Play Both Ways: Fantasy Implications
Antonio Cromartie could make his wide receiver debut for the Jets on Friday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Implications: It’s hard to know exactly what Cromartie could bring to the table if he played some at wide receiver, based on the fact that he hasn’t actually played there since high school. As a high school track star, off-and-on special teams standout, and having been known for making big plays as a defender, Cromartie at least has shown the ability to do special things in the open field and have excellent athleticism. Until it actually happens this is a total wild card, though very intriguing.
