Rams quarterback Sam Bradford has said that he's frustrated that his ankle is still bothering him after missing six games with a high ankle sprain last season, and that corrective surgery could need to be done after the year. The Rams have said that they believe they can "manage" the ankle throughout the year and hopeful that another offseason will of rest could help it heal. However, surgery may become inevitable.

Fantasy Implications: A year missed at Oklahoma with an injury, six games missed during his second year in the NFL, and 70 sacks in 26 career games. With the news that former top pick Jason Smith won't start and is still considered a "bust," there is very little reason for me to believe that Bradford is safe in St. Louis. Even then, the Rams have one of the worst offenses in the NFL, if not the worst. It was only in 2010 that he had an excellent rookie season, but he just doesn't have any help and has been injured in his football career for two of the last three years.
