Pittsburgh Steelers rookie LT Mike Adams returned to practice Thursday after suffering a mild MCL sprain during last week's preseason opener. He's currently listed 2nd on the depth chart behind Marcus Gilbert after a demoralizing preseason debut, giving up 2 1/2 sacks in just 9 snaps.
Steelers LT Mike Adams Returns To Practice: Fantasy Implications
Rookie LT Mike Adams has returned to practice, but his struggles aren’t over. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The Steelers have also activated Max Starks from the PUP to further push Adams, but he won't start practice until Friday and won't play in Sunday's preseason game. Between the uncertain LT situation and reports of fellow rookie G David DeCastro struggling in camp, it's not quite turning into the stable O-line the Steelers were hoping for when they selected both players with their first two picks in the 2011 draft. This certainly isn't good news for Ben Roethlisberger, who may be staring down yet another season of morning soreness and "questionable" injury reports. Fantasy owners, tread lightly and have a reliable QB2 on hand.
