Oakland Raiders RB Mike Goodson has been cleared and expects to play in Friday's game against Arizona, reports the Costa Contra Times. Goodson had been sidelined for a week after a scary neck injury in practice that sent him to the hospital. An MRI and CT scan came back negative, and Goodson was back practicing with the team this week.
Mike Goodson Slated To Play Friday: Fantasy Implications
RB Mike Goodson is expected to play Friday just a week after his neck injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Goodson is currently listed as the primary backup to Darren McFadden, and with 3rd-stringer Taiwan Jones sitting out Friday, look for him to get the bulk of the carries. McFadden's injury history means you will almost certainly need to handcuff him in fantasy, and Goodson should fit the bill just tine - GM Reggie McKenzie reportedly passed on signing Cedric Benson because he was so impressed with Goodson. Not a bad vote of confidence for a guy who's career was inches away from ending last week.
