Analysis: The Jags hope that Blackmon is the explosive threat at receiver they sorely lacked last season after finishing dead last in passing offense with a pitiful 2,179 yards and 12 TDs versus 15 picks. While Blackmon is one of the bigger stories in camp, it won't matter much if Blaine Gabbert doesn't make any strides from his miserable rookie season. More adventurous fantasy owners may consider Blackmon as a WR3, but I'm skeptical of any value until the QB play improves.
