After a lengthy holdout, Kansas City Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe has signed his franchise tender. The deal is worth $9.515 million and runs one year. No word yet on when Bowe will report to training camp, but he obviously will not be available for tomorrow's game against the Rams. Bowe caught 81 passes for 1,159 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Analysis: It was a long and painful wait, but nobody expected Bowe to miss any regular season games in the first place. The only real questions are how in shape he’s in after missing three weeks of training camp/preseason action, and how quickly he’ll pick up the new offense from first-year OC Brian Daboll. Aside from those concerns, Bowe is easily one of the top fantasy receivers and an easy WR1 in any league format. Look for him to pick up right where he left off.
