Fantasy Implications: Given the fact that Vick has never been the picture of perfect health throughout his career and that he’s consistently putting himself in harms way by running, it seems a little dangerous to play him nearly an entire game during the preseason while Kafka is hurt. Certainly, Foles is going to need to get up to speed as quickly impossible in case Kafka misses significant time and it would make sense that eventually he’ll need to get on a similar page with the ones.
