Just three days after being put on waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals, WR Jordan Shipley has found a new home, as Adam Schefter reports that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers picked him up. Shipley got waived by the Bengals after a slow recovery from a torn ACl in September 2011, but his 2010 rookie year showed some promise as a slot receiver, where he caught 52 passes for 600 yards.
WR Jordan Shipley Claimed Off Waivers By Buccaneers: Fantasy Implications
WR Jordan Shipley got picked up by the Bucs on waivers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The Bucs don't have quite the logjam at receiver that Cincy did, so they can afford to give Shipley more time to rehab while he occupies a roster spot. If he's healthy, he could challenge Preston Parker for the slot position, and be worth a midseason waiver pickup if your WR depth needs help. Of course, that's all predicated on him getting healthy first, the big question mark that Cincy didn't want to wait to find out.
