Deion Branch Leads Patriots In Receiving Monday: Fantasy Implications
Deion Branch led the Patriots with three receptions for 51 yards on Monday night against the Eagles. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Brandon Lloyd, Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez all rested on the night, as did Tom Brady. Branch proved he still has plenty of gas left in the tank with the second-year Ryan Mallett at quarterback, however. He turned a short pass over the middle into a 20-yard gain on the Pats' lone touchdown drive as Mallett stared down withering pressure from the Eagles' front seven. Despite playing in a prolific offense, the Pats may simply have too many options to make Branch worth a spot on your fantasy roster assuming you're in a standard 10-team league. Should the depth chart be hit by injuries, Branch will certainly be worth a look, however.
