Josh Freeman Gets Up-Close Look At Tom Brady, Patriots: Fantasy Implications
Tampa Bay quarterback Josh Freeman says he enjoyed getting an up-close look at how Tom Brady plays quarterback. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: No one is expecting Freeman to morph into Brady this season, especially in a new offense. However, the Bucs and fantasy owners are going to want more than last year when he threw 16 touchdowns and 22 interceptions. Freeman is heading into his fourth season and plays in the same division as Drew Brees, Matt Ryan and Cam Newton. If Tampa Bay is going to succeed, Freeman's quarterback play will need to be closer to that level for the Bucs to be a factor in the NFC South. If it does, it will be good news for fantasy owners who take him in the later rounds. Freeman is a No. 2 fantasy quarterback on draft day.
