Jets receiver Santonio Holmes participated in practice on Wednesday wearing a red non-contact jersey, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. Holmes took part in 11-on-11 drills but was not targeted at all by Sanchez, according to Mehta. Holmes suffered a rib injury, but Rex Ryan previously stated that he expected his No. 1 receiver to be on the field when the Jets take on the Bills in the season opener.

Jets receiver Santonio Holmes participated in practice on Wednesday wearing a red non-contact jersey. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Santonio Holmes' fantasy value has taken a hit as a result of the quarterback situation in New York, and his injury is doing much to spark interest in fantasy owners.
