Saints general manager Mickey Loomis has announced that offensive line and running game coach Aaron Kromer will serve as the interim head coach for the first six games of the season while Joe Vitt serves his suspension for the bounty scandal. Kromer first entered the NFL as the assistant offensive line coach for the Oakland Raiders in 2001 and has been with the Saints since 2008, working with running backs and offensive lineman. Head coach Sean Payton was suspended for the entire season.
Saints Name Aaron Kromer As Interim Head Coach: Fantasy Implications
The Saints have announced that Aaron Kromer will serve as interim head coach for six games. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Implications: It's unlikely that this news will provide much insight into how the Saints will play football or how the news will effect their fantasy stars, if at all. The main differences with the Saints this year after the bounty scandal will be on defense, where Jonathan Vilma was suspended for the season and defensive end Will Smith was suspended for four games. It's likely that playing any of your fantasy players against New Orleans this year could be fruitful and all players in the NFC South outside of the Saints, should get slight upgrades.
