Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson has a bit of a sore groin, according to Joe Buscaglia of WGR. Johnson skipped special teams drills the last few days, instead riding the stationary bike to rest his sore groin. This is the same groin that Johnson had surgery on this offseason. Despite the soreness, Johnson says that he could play a full game right now but wants to be safe.
Stevie Johnson Has Sore Groin: Fantasy Implications
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson has a bit of a sore groin. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: One of the most targeted wide receivers in the NFL when healthy, Stevie Johnson was a reliable fantasy receiver for most of the 2011 season. Armed with a new contract and a (mostly) healthy body, Johnson should be ready to produce for fantasy owners again in 2012. Johnson's recent limitations in practice seem precautionary, and the Bills' wide receiver still presents plenty of value in fantasy leagues at his current average draft position.
