ESPN is reporting that the Clevland Browns expect rookie RB Trent Richardson to play in the regular season opener against the Eagles. Richardson, the No. 3 overall pick, missed most of training camp with what was called a "routine" arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr. James Andrews. He had a similar procedure on his meniscus back in February. The Browns are expected to limit his workload early in the season, splitting time with Montario Hardesty and Brandon Jackson.
Trent Richardson Expected To Play Week 1: Fantasy Implications
The Browns expect Trent Richardson to be ready to go for the regular season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: It’s great that Richardson will be ready to go in the regular season, but he’s going to be way behind the curve, having not taken a single snap in preseason and getting next to no practice time to work with his new coaches and teammates. He should still be a valuable RB2 and coveted keeper pick, but don’t strap your team’s fortunes to him so early in the season.
