Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells says he still needs to get more comfortable with being out on the field after gaining 12 yards on six carries in Thursday night's preseason game against the Tennessee Titans. Wells had knee surgery in the offseason and had yet to appear in an exhibition game.
Beanie Wells Trying To Get Comfortable Back On The Field: Fantasy Implications
Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells says he needs to get more comfortable with being back out on the field. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Wells is being brought along slowly, so the yardage total shouldn’t be too big of a concern. Fantasy owners should be more wary of the fact that the Cardinals still don’t have a starting quarterback to help take pressure off the running game and are still looking for answers on the offensive line. Well said after Thursday’s games that he thought he was making progress, and that should be good enough for him to be considered a low-No. 2 or high No. 3 fantasy running back on draft day.
