Marshawn Lynch Inactive For Seahawks Preseason Game Friday: Fantasy Implications
Marshawn Lynch is inactive for the Seahawks’ preseason game against the Chiefs on Friday, likely due to back spasms. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: With Lynch out, look for rookie Robert Turbin to earn the start in the Seahawks' backfield. While Lynch is signed on to be the Seahawks' workhorse this season--and a sneaky good one at that--he hasn't been particularly good at staying healthy in his career. Last season he did, however, and he rushed for a career-high 1,204 yards in 15 games. At 26 years old, Lynch theoretically should have plenty of gas in the tank to repeat those numbers, making him a potential sleeper as he gets overlooked by those spooked by his reputation. Then again, there's a good reason why he has a reputation. Should anything happen to Lynch, expect Turbin to immediately become a popular waiver pickup.
