The Miami Dolphins have chosen their starting QB for the season, but they may not have full confidence in him just yet. Offensive coordinator Mike Sherman has hinted to the Palm Beach Post that Ryan Tannehill may start in the 4th and final preseason game against the Cowboys, saying he "needs more reps." In three preseason games, Tannehill has completed just 50.7% of his passes, with 379 yards, one TD and a 5.3 YPA.
Ryan Tannehill May Play Final Preseason Game: Fantasy Implications
Ryan Tannehill may not get the 4th preseason game off like many of the league’s starters. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Starting players almost always sit out the final preseason game, but it’s clear the Dolphins coaching staff is not happy with the WR drops and general sloppy play of the team so far. It’s already starting to look like a rebuilding year in Miami, with Tannehill expected to take his rookie lumps and a bare-bones receiving corps, so don’t look for any fantasy value from him outside of keeper and dynasty leagues.
