Jason Witten, Dez Bryant And Miles Austin Are Inactive: Fantasy Implications
The Cowboys are missing a lot of options for Saturday’s preseason game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: It's one thing to have one or two of the top receiving threats dealing with an injury, it's another when there are three out of the lineup. What's more, there is really no depth behind those three. Andre Holmes is also having back issues and will miss this game. This rash of injuries can really hurt Tony Romo. He doesn't have a healthy starting-caliber receiver on his roster which will make it tough to score on big plays and even on those goal-to-go situations.
As for the receivers, there shouldn't be a lot of trepidation when it comes to Dez Bryant. He's dealing with "jumper's knee" which is just tendinitis in his patella tendon. If you were planning to target Dez in the late-third, early-fourth round as a low-end WR1, this news shouldn't dissuade you. Miles Austin, on the other hand, has seen his ADP plummet with his chronically injured hamstring. He could be a decent value, but you certainly don't want Austin as your WR2 at this point. You can check out how they measure up in our updated Wide Receiver Rankings. Jason Witten (spleen) will miss the beginning of the season and will come at an extreme discount in drafts. His potential owners might want to grab someone like Kyle Rudolph as a stop-gap option.
