Cleveland Browns running back Montario Hardesty was held out of practice Sunday with a lower body injury. Hardesty had emerged this preseason with Trent Richardson's absence, splitting time with Brandon Jackson in Cleveland's backfield. Montario Hardesty Held Out Of Browns Practice: Fantasy Implications
Cleveland Browns running back Montario Hardesty was held out of practice Sunday with a lower body injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Brandon Jackson took first team reps with both Montario Hardesty and Trent Richardson sidelined by injuries. Richardson will likely take over the lead in the backfield once he is healthy again. Hardesty could have a shot at taking a chunk of carries from Richardson if he gets healthy, but that’s a big if. Meanwhile, Jackson is the best pass-catching back the team has. I would avoid Cleveland’s backfield entirely at this point given the state of the offseason and uncertainty surrounding each player’s workload.
