On Sunday, San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis had one catch that went for a 44-yard touchdown. Quarterback Alex Smith found one of his favorite targets on a very familiar pattern, the wheel-route. The chemistry between Smith and Davis looks to have carried over from last year's playoffs.
49ers TE Vernon Davis Finds End Zone vs. Broncos: Fantasy Implications
49ers tight end Vernon Davis found the end zone against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Vernon Davis has the strongest chemistry with the 49ers starting quarterback over any one of their other current weapons. Davis is unique as a tight end, bringing big-play ability with his rare combination of size and speed. Though Davis is a top-three tight end, he has not been chosen alongside Rob Gronkowski and Jimmy Graham in most fantasy leagues, which is as high as the late-first, early-second round. Davis could have his best year yet for the 49ers, and could be found in the middle rounds of the draft.
