He's emerging as the go-to target for Ryan Tannehill, and will likely receive the most targets often. The Dolphins do not possess elite talent at receiver, so they will have to make due what what they have right now. Bess ran solid routes and looked like he wanted the ball in his hands against Atlanta, a positive sign for this rebuilding team going forward. His performance against Dallas this Wednesday could give owners more confidence if he finishes strong. He is a strong play in PPR leagues.
