Robert Griffin III Impresses Fantasy Owners Versus Colts
Robert Griffin III went 11-for-17 passing for 74 yards and a touchdown during Saturday’s preseason game between the Redskins and the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications going forward.

Analysis: It’s the final game of preseason this week, so it remains to be seen whether the Redskins are willing to risk throwing their prized rookie up against another front seven before the regular season begins. Griffin has already proved he is NFL-ready, going 20-for-31 passing for 193 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions over the course of three preseason games. From a fantasy perspective, he probably isn’t quite seasoned enough to be a reliable starter, but Griffin can certainly sit on your bench while he gets up to speed.
