Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris ran wild Saturday against the Indianapolis Colts, racking 107 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Morris earned the lion's share of touches with Roy Helu (Achilles') and Evan Royster (knee) both out and Tim Hightower (knee) playing in his first game of preseason. The Redskins' final preseason game will be Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Alfred Morris Raises Fantasy Stock Saturday Against Colts
Alfred Morris ran wild during Saturday’s preseason game between the Redskins and the Colts. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: While most teams prefer to sit their potential starters for the final exhibition before the regular season starts, the Redskins are still trying to figure out who is going to touch the ball in their backfield. Morris made a great case for himself Saturday, but there is a reason why three running backs were ahead of him on the depth chart, initially. Royster and Hightower could play Wednesday, though Helu will almost certainly sit once again. The Redskins’ running back situation is extremely murky, so it’s tough to say how much we will actually be able to gleam from Week 4 of the preseason. The game will definitely be worth keeping tabs on just in case, however.
