The Buffalo Bills have decided to stick with Tarvaris Jackson as their clear cut No. 2 quarterback. Vince Young was released on Monday morning, giving Jackson the backup duties to Ryan Fitzpatrick for the 2012 season.
Vince Young Release Boosts Fantasy Football Value For Tarvaris Jackson
Vince Young will not be playing with the Buffalo Bills this season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Seattle Seahawks dealt Jackson to the Bills after he was disgruntled about how things were playing out on the West Coast. This new transaction pushed Young to the side immediately, and the Bills are making sure no one is confused about who comes in if Fitzpatrick goes down. Young completed just 12 of 26 passes for 103 yards and two interceptions against the Steelers this past Saturday. He didn't look good throughout the preseason, and it's clear Buffalo picked up on that situation pretty quickly. Fitzpatrick struggled at times last season, and recently he's dealt with a rib injury. He's still the No. 1 passer in Buffalo, but Jackson will step right in if any injuries come up along the way.
