Arizona Cardinals coach Ken Wisenhunt says neither Kevin Kolb nor John Skelton will play in Thursday's final preseason game against the Denver Broncos. Wisenhunt has not yet announced if Kolb or Skelton will start the season-opener next month against the Seattle Seahawks.
Cardinals Top 2 QBs To Miss Preseason Finale: Fantasy Implications
Arizona Cardinals coach Ken Wisenhunt says quarterbacks Kevin Kolb and John Skelton will both sit out Thursday’s preseason game against Denver. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: This may be a case of Wisenhunt not wanting to tip his hand right now. If the competition were still ongoing, there's a pretty good chance they would both take the field against Denver. Reports have indicated that Skelton is likely to win the job but neither player has looked very good in the preseason. Regardless of who wins this job, fantasy owners don't need to worry about either player as a quarterback option. Larry Fitzgerald owners will just want to make sure that the Arizona starter sends the ball his way often.
