Doug Martin Jumps LeGarrette Blount Atop Buccaneers Depth Chart: Fantasy Implications
Doug Martin is officially the Buccaneers’ top running back, according to reports. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Martin has shown enough to be drafted as a safe RB2 in standard leagues with even more upside for those counting PPR. He solidified the job against the Pats, rushing for 53 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries and catching three passes for 12 yards. Blount could leech carries and scores as a goal-line back, but Martin is a complete back--rushing, receiving and block--and likely won’t come off the field except when the Bucs need a little more size in the backfield. Martin is an absolute steal if he’s available anywhere after the third round.
