Miami Dolphins receiver Brian Hartline is still not participating in practice, but is running “fairly well” on the side, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald. Hartline injured his calf on the first day of training camp and has been recovering ever since. Hartline had 35 catches for 549 yards and a touchdown in 2011, but he is currently the top receiving option in Miami. The Dolphins will be starting rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill in Week 1.
Brian Hartline Still Not Practicing: Fantasy Implications
Miami Dolphins receiver Brian Hartline is still not participating in practice, but is running “fairly well” on the side. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The Miami Dolphins are a fantasy wasteland, and Brian Hartline is included. With a rookie quarterback and no wide receiver talent to speak of, the Dolphins are going to struggle to put points on the board with any consistency in 2012. No player involved in the Dolphins’ passing attack should be on a fantasy roster in 2012, unless you’re in the deepest of leagues.
