Kevin Smith Fantasy Football Stock Impacted By 2nd Straight Missed Practice
Kevin Smith missed Lions practice Tuesday with an ankle injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: The Lions may simply be being cautious now that teams are in lockdown mode for Week 4 of the preseason. Detroit has had enough trouble at running back as it is, and likely don’t want to risk aggravating Smith’s ankle. It doesn’t sound as if the team is overly worried, so at this point you should count on Smith entering the regular season as the Lions’ feature back. How carries shake out once Mikel LeShoure returns could be a concern for fantasy owners, however.
