Pete Carroll announced in his final press conference before the Seahawks take on the Raiders on Thursday that Marshawn Lynch has been progressing well in rehab from back spasms. "We think he's going to be fine," said Carroll. Additionally, Carroll added that Doug Baldwin will be able to return to practice on Monday and available for Seattle's week one game at Arizona. Baldwin has missed the entire preseason after leading the Hawks in receiving a year ago.

Fantasy Implications: There really hasn't been much concern about these injuries over the course of the preseason and this reaffirms that the two players should be able to start by week one. With Sidney Rice returning last week and guard John Moffitt returning tomorrow against the Raiders as well, the Seahawks look like they'll be nearly 100% healthy on offense for the season opener, with the only major decision left to be made being who will start opposite of Rice.
