New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is playing in his first game of the preseason tonight after missing the rest of the exhibition season while recovering from a broken foot. He wasn't sure if he would get much participation in their game against New England today, but he caught a first quarter pass from Eli Manning for six yards. It's likely that Manning is playing a couple of series because it's Nicks preseason debut.
Hakeem Nicks Makes Preseason Debut For Giants: Fantasy Implications
Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is making his preseason debut against the Patriots. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Implications: It’s never been much of a concern on whether or not Nicks would be ready for the season opener but it’s encouraging that he’s out there on the field playing at full speed before the actual start of the year. Nicks was quoted as saying “I think it’ll help me later in the season rather than sooner,” when talking about getting a late start. It’s important to heed those words and potentially he could be a buy-low candidate a month into the year.
