Miami Dolphins QB David Garrard is still having trouble coming back from knee scope surgery, and his chances of making the final roster look slim. The Palm Beach Post reports that he can't jog or put any real pressure on his knee, and after an initial timetable of 2-4 weeks since the surgery in early August, he still doesn't have a set date to return. Garrard was signed to compete with Matt Moore for the starting QB job, but has since been supplanted by rookie Ryan Tannehill.

Garrard hasn’t played a snap in almost two years after his 2011 season was scuttled by a back injury, so he has next to no fantasy value, and his career is probably up in the air at this point.
